    Alana La Rue is a strategic, inclusive, achiever. She is always looking to resolve the obstacles she faces and figure out the why of the obstacles that come in her path. She is also very disciplined in the way that everything has to be ordered and in a routine. Being disciplined helps with her mindset of achievement. She is always keeping herself busy with enjoying what she loves. Alana is a current Northwood University student participating in the 4-year BBA/MBA program. She will receive her Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in finance and minor in management in 3 years and will go on to graduate with her Master of Business Administration in 1 year. Along with school, she loves to get involved on campus. Alana participates in, Turning Point USA as a member, the Finance Association of Northwood University as President, and the Northwood University International Auto Show as Captain of Team Monster Energy. Along with her numerous clubs, she is also the Monster Energy Campus Ambassador and works part-time at Atlas Jewelers in Shelby Township, MI.

    What are your specific goals for Tri-Star Trust clients?

    I hope to achieve the goals put in place for our clients. It is very important that even if there is bad news within the market, the client always leaves with a smile on their face! I hope that our team can come together and bring the client service they can’t get elsewhere! 

    What’s the best piece of professional advice you’ve ever recieved?

    “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results” -Albert Einstein.

    If you want something to change, you have to think outside the box to figure out how to get there. If you continue doing the same thing over again, nothing will change except your mindset on the outcome.

    What do you enjoy doing in your personal time?

    I will always love spending quality time with my family or friends. Whether it’s traveling, watching hockey, or going on adventures at my cottage, as long as I’m spending time with them, I am thankful!
