    Alana La Rue is a strategic and inclusive achiever dedicated to overcoming challenges and understanding the root causes of obstacles. Alana thrives on staying engaged and pursuing her passions. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Business Management, as well as a Master of Business Administration, earned through Northwood University’s integrated 4-year BBA/MBA program. In addition to her professional pursuits, Alana is passionate about giving back to the community. She actively participates in volunteer initiatives and after-work events aimed at supporting those around her.

    What are your specific goals for Tri-Star Trust clients?

    I hope to achieve the goals put in place for our clients. It is very important that even if there is bad news within the market, the client always leaves with a smile on their face! I hope that our team can come together and bring the client service they can’t get elsewhere! 

    What’s the best piece of professional advice you’ve ever recieved?

    “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results” -Albert Einstein.

    If you want something to change, you have to think outside the box to figure out how to get there. If you continue doing the same thing over again, nothing will change except your mindset on the outcome.

    What do you enjoy doing in your personal time?

    I will always love spending quality time with my family or friends. Whether it’s traveling, watching hockey, or going on adventures at my cottage, as long as I’m spending time with them, I am thankful!
