    Brenda Edwards has a strong commitment to internal and external customer service, is highly organized, and has excellent attention to detail. She has extensive experience in the administration of trust relationships including document preparation, account set-up and maintenance, cash processing and bill payment, discretionary distributions, tracking, and recurring tasks. She reviews account documentation to ensure compliance with department policies and regulatory requirements with ease. Brenda brings 35 years’ experience in banking and trusts. She has her certification I and II from the Cannon Trust School and her bachelor’s degree in romance languages (French and Spanish) from Olivet Nazarene University. She has been a volunteer at Owosso First Church of the Nazarene for over 30 years.

    What are your specific goals for Tri-Star Trust clients?

    I want to help provide our clients with exceptional service and financial piece of mind, so they are free to concentrate on other important matters.

    What’s the best piece of professional advice you’ve ever received?

    Prioritize, then as much as possible, focus on and complete each task (instead of jumping from one emergency item to another). Then at the end of the day you have the satisfaction of being able to say, “This is what I accomplished today.”
