Carter Welter is an inquisitive, disciplined, and dynamic individual. He is drawn to the process of learning and has a constant drive for achievement. Here at Tri-Star, he will be using his sense of structure to support the relationship managers. Carter’s proven ability to build relationships leads him to efficiently establish professionalism and trust with clients. He graduated from Michigan State University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Carter has studied abroad in Alaska, where he focused on environmental science and he has participated in the Potato Outreach Program at MSU, positioned as a research assistant.

What do you love most about working at Tri-Star?

What I love most about working at Tri-Star is the people. Whether they are a client or a co-worker, there is a sense of excitement and care in the conversations. I believe this is a biproduct of our service and it is contagious.

1.Go back to Alaska.
2. Backpack through Isle Royale.
3. Have a house built on a lake.
