Claudia Flattery works with a senior management team to create strategies that will enable Tri-Star to manage, analyze and accurately report financial data and to attract, recruit, and retain the best employees to meet our goals. She assumes responsibility for both financial /accounting functions and employment-related administrative functions. She also manages financial and employment policies that empower employees to reach their potential and contribute to the success of the company. Not only does she have 20+ years of financial accounting experience, but she also has 18+ years’ experience in human resources. She has a Master of Science in Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University. In addition she has earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida, where she graduated with honors, and is a graduate of the 1000 Leaders Initiative.
What are your specific goals for Tri-Star Trust clients?
We want to provide our clients with the highest level of professional, as well as personal service.
What do you enjoy doing in your personal time?
Reading, traveling especially in the Caribbean, spending time with friends and family.

I would like to travel to Greece, to Alaska, and to Bora Bora.
