Danielle Rousseau is the first person a client sees or the first voice they hear over the phone. She performs, coordinates, and oversees office administrative duties while providing an extensive level of support to our relationship managers. Danielle is a pro at sorting through the clutter and finding the best solution. She brings 18+ years’ experience in trust administration and 13+ years of management experience in the customer relations and service industry, as well as legal and estate planning assistant experience. She has volunteered with READ Association of Saginaw County (including mentoring), Habitat for Humanity, Heroes for Kids Foundation, and for 11 years the Swan Valley “Pay It Forward” charity organization.

What are your specific goals for Tri-Star Trust clients?

To assist in taking care of their needs and making them feel valued.

What do you enjoy doing in your personal time?

Spending time with my family.
