    Jane Hagen serves as the Director of Corporate Retirement Plans at Tri-Star, overseeing account administration, client servicing, and wealth management services for both individuals and corporate retirement plans. As the original member of the retirement plan team, Jane played a pivotal role in building the program from the ground up. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Jane conducts employee communication meetings for corporate retirement plans and collaborates in providing tailored health insurance solutions to clients. With over 30 years of experience in banking, trusts, and investments, Jane’s expertise is closely aligned with employee benefit plans and personal trust accounts. Jane’s educational background includes a degree in Business Administration from Delta College, as well as certifications from Cannon Trust Employee Benefits School and the Great Lakes Bay Leadership Institute. She holds licenses in Michigan Life Insurance, Michigan Health Insurance, and previously held the NASD Series 6/State Sec. 63 certification. A dedicated professional, Jane is an active member of the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) and regularly participates in their annual NAPA 401(k) summits. She holds esteemed designations as a Certified 401(k) Professional (C(k)P®), a Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC), and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®). Beyond her professional commitments, Jane is a member of various community organizations, including the Women in Pension Network, a board member of the Northeastern Estate Planning Council, Bay City Morning Rotary, and is a sustaining member of Junioe League of Saginaw Valley. She also serves as a board member for the Covenant Healthcare Foundation. Jane takes an active role in philanthropy, acting as the chair for the Great Lakes Bay Region Boys & Girls Club annual golf outing. In addition, she serves on the Investment Advisory Committee for the Delta College Foundation. She has previously served as a trustee of the Bay Area Community Foundation and is currently a member of their stewardship committee.

    401(k) PARTICIPANTS – “One step at a time, one percent increase at a time and one year at time” makes investing for retirement not so overwhelming.

    What do you enjoy doing in your personal time?

    Spending time with friends/family and pure barre exercise classes.

    Travel to as many different places as possible to see the world and its wonders.
