    Jon Pickelman is generous with praise, quick to smile, and always on the lookout for the positive in any situation. He is dedicated to the business’s relationship management side, which entails being the “quarterback” for our clients’ financial lives. Having 10+ years’ experience in comprehensive financial planning, Jon helps with the administration and investment of trusts, agency accounts, retirement accounts, and charitable accounts. Jon also brings his expertise in the formulation, governance, and overall administration of endowments and foundations. He has held his CFP® designation since 2016 and acquired his master’s degree in trust and wealth management from Campbell University, and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. He is a graduate of Leadership Saginaw and the Great Lake Bay Institute for Leaders. Jon is actively engaged in the Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce and is also a member of the Saginaw Valley Young Professionals Network. He is a current board member of the Underground Railroad, Saginaw Children’s Zoo, and Good Friend Ministries.

    What are your specific goals for Tri-Star Trust clients?

    My goal is to build their trust and for them to know we have their best interest in heart and mind. I want our clients to continually feel like they belong partnered with Tri-Star.
